Week 1-5 Spencer-Kim-Lewis

 Okay, here’s the breakdown: Dennis Kim and Lydia Spencer had a daughter named Alice Spencer-Kim, then divorced. Alice married Eric Lewis and had her own little girl, Olivia Spencer-Kim-Lewis. They live with Alice’s dad (Dennis, remember?) and Eric’s mom, Vivian Lewis. Hey, no one ever said family was easy!

Dennis Kim and Vivian Lewis both didn’t want to end theire lifes in old-peoples-homes, so they moved into the house of their children Eric and Alice and their common granddaugther Olivia, who needs their care. Before their decision they have seen each other once a year at christmas, so they have to get to know each other.

Dennis is impressed by Vivians energy and courage.

And Vivian is impressed by Dennis’ gardening talents.

 

Olivias parents are totally self-absorbed; Alice with her paintings…

… and Eric with his programming and gaming.

But Dennis and Vivian care good for their granddaughter.

And when the homework is done they enjoy their autumn of life in their garden.   

But they both don’t bother about autumn of life and think it was spring and fall in love with each other.

Eric is shocked at first…

and thinks his mothers behaviour is just ridiculous.

But Vivian and Dennis do not care about the rest of the family and go on their first date.

There they have their first kiss for 30 years.  

Becaus the grandparents are so absorbed by they second spring, Alice has to care for Oliva. But she is happy, that her father has found a new love.

Because Dennis and Vivian don’t know how much time is left, Dennis makes a marriage proposal just 3 days after their first date.

Vivian feels like a young girl and tries her wedding-dress.

Olivia gets a bit strange cause nobody has time to care about her at the moment, so she starts to collect easter eggs …

and gets friends with her imaginary bunny pet.

Soon the great day for Dennis and Vivian has arrived ….  

Week 1-4 Slope

Jenny and Kai Slope are new in town – a fresh married couple, that has the dream of a bog-standard life- a fulfilling career, a house, a garden and children.

They purchased this little but amazing Bauhaus-style house and they first concern is how to service the loan.

At the first evening in their new home they decide to wait for children and and both getting jobs to avoid a power-cut.

Kai is a bookworm and wants to earn his money in the writer career …

… while Jenny hopes to get wealthy in her business career.

They work all day but don’t forget their most imporant goal – to maintain their love.  Jenny soon gets her first promotion so they are able to pay their electricity bill.  

They celebrate their sucessfull start in Willow Creek at a litte blues bar.

Week 1 – 3 Pancakes

 Poor, poor Bob and Eliza – have they ever been happy? It seems there’s nothing one can do to please the other. Just what is keeping this couple together? Or, conversely, what is the spark that will finally drive them apart?

Eliza is dreaming of art, wealth and glamour, while Bob is dreaming of pancakes, video games and bathrobes. He will never understand why Eliza is painting whole night to make her dreams true.

While Eliza is thinking about a divorce she notices her growing belly. Perhaps a child will get Bob out of his lethargy? But when she is telling him the great news he just hikes his shoulders.

Eliza is so desperate she has to puke.

 During pregnancy Bob does what he always does – cooking,

… watching TV…

…. drinking to much alcohol …

… and playing video games all night.

The only thing Eliza still loves about Bob is his cooking skills. When she invites guests once a month, this is more useful than Bobs video game skills.

But cooking leads to eating and Bob is getting fatter every day.  

At the end of her pregancy Eliza is still desperate. She is no longer able to bear this husband, but she is not able to leave him, because she wants a father for her unborn child.

Some weeks later Pia Pancakes is finally born.

And Bob even leaves his sofa to welcome his daughter.

Pia lives in her crib all day long, because after birth both her parents suffer from depression.

When Pia gets older, she tries to care for her desperate mother.

But the only one who really cares about Pias feelings ist her big friend Hippo.

Pia follows the path of her mother and escapes into fantasyland by painting.

Eliza is so proud of her daughters painting skills she dedicates a portrait to her.

But painting doesn’t change the frosty atmosphere in the Pancakes household. Every night they are sitting at the dinner table in silence and lost in depression.

Week 1-2 Goth

The Goths are an aristocratic family with a dreary aura. Between Mortimer writing macabre stories and Bella’s mysterious disappearances will Cassandra and Alexander grow up tobe gloomy, too?

Mortimer is a whiz kid and teaching his mom to play chess.

While Cassandra is dreaming of becoming a great pianist some day. Lots of work ahead!

Bella loves her children….

… but there is something even more important to her – partytime!

Mortimer is a bookworm and writer and fears, that his loved Bella will one day not return from her parties.

Therefore he allows Bella to host parties at home although the guests disturb the silence he needs to write a bestseller one day.

Alexander doesn’t cares about parties and dreams of being a great scientist some day.

Cassandra has a school mate called Malcolm Landgraab, a mean guy who had bullied her for years because of her glasses. But for some weeks he stopped bullying her and behaves terribly nice; he even starts visiting her after school.

Cassandra is surprised she is now friends to the hottest guy in school – she never had friends before.

And she has her first date ever at the local pub,

where she discovers a new, outgoing and even flirty Cassandra.

It doesn’t last long and they have their first kiss.

And her new boyfriend encourages her to give her first piano concert.

Cassandra feels stunning and gives herself a new look.

Week 1-1 BFF Household

Free spirit Liberty, cheerful Summer, and geeky Travis are unlikely friends, and nothing can come between these three. Except perhaps the growing feelings both Summer and Liberty have for Travis…

And the run for Travis starts on day one …

… but Travis is more interested in World of Warcraft than in Summer or Liberty

But Summer has a masterplan to win Travis, but at first she has to get rid of this cross-eyed Liberty!

Next morning Summer tries to bake pancakes and gives her best to accidentally (!?) burn the kitchen.

And like she had planned it, Travis starts to blame this clumsy Liberty-chicken for the fire.

But the fire gets out of control…

… fuck, it was not her plan to burn her soon-to-be husbund Travis! Tthe grim reaper appears to take the chicken and her Travis to another world, a real world with real towns and sims who have real emotions!

Summer has only one chance to plead – and she pleads for Travis’ life.

And the grim-reaper is generous, sure he has other plans for Summer and Travis.

Summer could not be happier. She erased that Liberty-chicken and won Travis’ heart in less than 24 hours!

But Travis is shocked. He didn’t know Tiffany, but at least she seemed to understand World of Warcraft.

And some days later a ghosty nerd appears in Travis’ room…

… and soon Travis notices he had lost a nerdy geek, a soulmate? 

But what is lost? Okay, Travis just started to hallucinate and see ghosts who only exist in World of Warcraft, but what the fuck, he never had such a good talk to someone from real life. What is real?!

Summer believes the race was almost won, now she had just to cure Travis’ gaming addiction. But Travis escaped to his gaming world in every free minute, cause he just could not bear Summers silly chat about “there is no life after death”.

Sims 4 Rotation Challenge

This is the start of something i call rotation challenge.

The rules are simple:

1. Start a new game.

2. Don’t change the premade families. You are free to add more families.

3. Play every family (premade and selfmade) in your chosen order, just make sure, you have played every family for one week before starting the next round.

4. Settings:

• Auto-age (played sims): Only active household
• Auto-age (unplayed sims): off
• Life-span: Normal
• Fill-empty-homes: off

5. If you reach the last familiy activate auto-age for unplayed sims for one week, so the whole neighborhood ages at the same rate.

6. While playing max every skill, career, aspiration and reach every achievement.

7. Write a story about it and have fun.

Community Lot: Holy Sim Church

This community lot (lot type: lounge) is a wedding venue with two places for weddings – one in the garden and one at the first floor of the church. At the second floor you will find a party room with bar, music, piano, bathrooms and a small kitchen for baking the wedding cake.

In my game it’s located in Willow Creek and replaces the museum.
